Megan Gardner is an Associate at Rich, Intelisano & Katz, LLP, who practices in the areas of construction and real estate litigation and transactions. Ms. Gardner’s clients include general contractors, construction managers, commercial real estate developers and property owners. She represents clients in connection with a broad range of legal issues related to construction and real property disputes, as well as in negotiations of construction contracts and contracts relating to the development of commercial and residential properties, including access agreements. Ms. Gardner is experienced in representing clients at construction arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings, and arguing motions in court.
In 2018 and 2019, Ms. Gardner was recognized by Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in the field of Construction Litigation.
Ms. Gardner is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Born and raised in the greater-Cleveland area, she earned her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, in Cleveland, Ohio, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from American University in Washington, D.C. Ms. Gardner is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and serves on the Alumni Council of Lake Ridge Academy.
