Emily Gibbons is an associate at Rich, Intelisano & Katz, LLP. During her time at the firm, she has represented general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers and real property owners in various construction law and real estate disputes.

In 2022, Emily received her J.D. from New York Law School, with honors, where she concentrated in Real Estate Law. In her third year of law school, Emily represented an international non-profit environmental agency in her Conservation Law & Policy clinic and advised the agency on potential conflicts regarding conservation easements, and how conservation easements are governed in each state.

During law school, Emily was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council and the Legal Association for Women. Emily also served as a mentor to first-year law students.

Prior to joining Rich, Intelisano & Katz, LLP, Emily was a legal intern at a real estate law firm, where she handled residential and commercial closings.

Emily is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
